We are proud to present our play-based learning pod programs where children join together for socially engaging, multi-sensory, developmental fun in our state-of-the-art, sensory-friendly space! Learning pod activities include: pre-writing/writing skills, yoga/creative movement, music, crafts, cooking, story time, sensory experiences, and sensory gym time.

These activities are designed to nurture your child's individual needs in a group setting, develop their play skills, communication skills, encourage social awareness and coping skills, foster friendship and team-building skills, and to build body awareness, emotional regulation, sensory processing, balance, strength and coordination.

Pod instructors are special educators and therapists.  The pod is inclusive of children of all abilities and developmental level.

This is an inclusion, play based, learning program, and though it is instructed by special educators and therapists, it is not to be considered therapy.  It was created to fill a need for quality instruction for families in our community during this unprecedented time.  If a family would like to share reports and IEP goals with instructors, they may.  If a family would like to pursue individualized, 1:1 therapy or tutoring sessions, arrangements can be made outside of learning pod session time through Abilities Therapy Network.
